      I am new to the property preservation industry. I am located in South Carolina and I need to puchase an air compressor to blow out water from the pipes. What do I need as far as requirements- how many PSI etc…

      Fire and water damage are major disasters that shouldn’t let any property owner completely devastated and hopeless after, restoration indeed should be immediately done. I know an alternative solution for this. I have trusted this group ever since:

      I find it that there is nothing better than coming home to a clean home. It feels so go and fresh. Something really comforting about a clean home.

      Looking for an Independent Contractor with experience as Property Preservation, REO, FSM, or M&M work. Work available to service vacant HUD homes in your area, with completion of full maid service, yard care, winterizations and HPIR III Systems check. Typical tasks also include re-glazing broken windows, installing hand rails, abating minor trip hazards, etc. We typically do not install or change locks, and you are not required to carry an inventory of locks and we do not perform “trash outs” typical debris removal is minimal.

      Must have the following:

      -Computer and reliable Internet connection
      -Digital camera (All photos must be date stamped and in .jpeg format, photos from mobile phones are not always acceptable)
      -Lawn Care Equipment (Mower and weed-eater at minimum)
      -Basic cleaning materials
      -Air Compressor (winterizations)
      -Generator (HPIR III Electrical systems check)
      -GL, E&O, Workman’s Comp required within 90 days (group options available)

      Tim, you are in property preservation industry in S.Carolina And as i understood it is new to you. It is great. I want to open (small for now myself and my husband) the same business and i was calling everywhere to get information to become a vendor (we live in CA, Sacramento. If you don’t mind to share any tips of how to get into this business?
