Free Seminar: For those looking to get into Mortgage Field Services in Austin.
There are an estimated 18.4 Million vacant homes in America. That number is growing everyday and is expected to meet a new record in 2011. Our informative seminar will cover everything from inspections, property preservation, to REO (Real Estate Owned) or HUD properties. You will learn how to make money maintaining foreclosed homes, best practices in your office, how to make contacts, gain new clients, and review the current HUD Guidelines. Learn all the basics about what happens to the foreclosed homes in your neighborhood!
MFS Consulting has served in the Mortgage Field Service Industry for over 10 years, allow us to share our industry knowledge with you. There will be an opportunity for Q & A with an experienced MFS Consultant.
There is a higher need for property preservation workers, studies show that in 2010 68% of Reo properties sold faster once rehabilitated than those which were not. In 2011 there is an increase expected in the amount of foreclosed homes needing service. This is a great opportunity to create or grow your business, with so many new homes being placed on the market. Anticipated date is Tuesday May 24th 2011, please R.S.V.P at mfssolutions@yahoo.com to receive event details.

Looking for an Independent Contractor with experience as Property Preservation, REO, FSM, or M&M work. Work available to service vacant HUD homes in your area, with completion of full maid service, yard care, winterizations and HPIR III Systems check. Typical tasks also include re-glazing broken windows, installing hand rails, abating minor trip hazards, etc. We typically do not install or change locks, and you are not required to carry an inventory of locks and we do not perform "trash outs" typical debris removal is minimal.

Must have the following:

-Computer and reliable Internet connection
-Digital camera (All photos must be date stamped and in .jpeg format, photos from mobile phones are not always acceptable)
-Lawn Care Equipment (Mower and weed-eater at minimum)
-Basic cleaning materials
-Air Compressor (winterizations)
-Generator (HPIR III Electrical systems check)
-GL, E&O, Workman's Comp required within 90 days (group options available)

I find it that there is nothing better than coming home to a clean home. It feels so go and fresh. Something really comforting about a clean home.

Fire and water damage are major disasters that shouldn't let any property owner completely devastated and hopeless after, restoration indeed should be immediately done. I know an alternative solution for this. I have trusted this group ever since:
