A list of handyman repairs that a homeowner may have might include: changing lightbulbs, replacing furnace filters, fixing broken switchplates, fixing and patching dry wall holes and matching the texture, painting stairway rails or complete rooms, touching up paint, repairs to flooring, repairs to molding and trim such as door jambs, baseboard, window sills and crown molding, fixing broken countertops, leaky faucets and broken doorknobs, caulking around bathtubs and showers, caulking exterior of windows and trim, fixing fences and decks, replacing broken doors, replacing siding, exterior painting, installing shelving and whatever else you can think of that comes under home repairs.
