Dry Rot Repair of Kitchen, Pantry and Heater Closet Floor and Walls
new pier pads.

Than, replaced the rotted joists and also added cross bracing joists to stiffen the floor since we were going down over 4′ oc 4′x6′ floor joists. Than, fixed up the walls and put it all back together.
